PR Mode is provided by Alder Ridge Health Technologies LLC ("we"). These terms are an agreement between you and us for the PR Mode app and website. By using PR Mode you agree to them.

The iOS app is listed on the App Store under the developer name Sawyer Powell, on behalf of Alder Ridge Health Technologies LLC.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use PR Mode. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Not medical advice

PR Mode provides general fitness and nutrition information, including suggestions generated by AI, which can be wrong. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.

Subscriptions

• On our website: PR Mode costs $4.99 per month plus applicable tax, billed by Stripe. New subscribers get one 7-day free trial per account; you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
• In the app: subscriptions bought through Apple are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms, including cancellation and refunds.
• Price changes: we'll tell you before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
• Invite codes and free access: invite codes are personal, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be limited. Free lifetime access granted to early members stays with their account.

Community rules

Communities only work if everyone feels safe. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or impersonates anyone;
• is hateful, sexually explicit, or violent;
• promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous practices;
• is spam, a scam, or misleading health information;
• infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

You can report content and block users from the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove users who post it.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store, display, and process it to run PR Mode, including showing it to the members you share it with. You can delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse PR Mode: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, no interfering with the service, no scraping, and no reselling access.

Ending your use

You can stop using PR Mode and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) survive.

Disclaimers and limits

PR Mode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if changes are material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
