PR Mode is a fitness app for planning and logging workouts, tracking nutrition and training with a group. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the app, and the choices you have. PR Mode is operated by Alder Ridge Health Technologies LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110 ("we").

What we collect

You give us

• Account: email address, display name, username, and profile photo. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your email (or a private relay address) and name.
• Fitness profile: details you enter to personalize plans, such as age, sex, height, weight, body fat, goals, experience, equipment, injuries you choose to note, and training preferences.
• Training and nutrition logs: workouts, sets, weights, cardio, rest days, meals, foods, and meal plans.
• Photos: progress photos, workout photos, and food photos you choose to upload.
• Community: posts, comments, likes, group chat messages, reactions, and reports or blocks you make.
• Assistant and voice: what you type or say to the in-app assistant or voice logging. Speech is turned into text by your device (Apple's speech recognition), and the text is then processed by our AI providers.
• Purchases: if you subscribe on our website, Stripe collects your payment details and billing address; we receive your subscription status, not your card number. If you subscribe in the app, Apple handles payment and we receive your subscription status through RevenueCat.
• Support: anything you send us when you contact support.

Collected automatically

• App usage and diagnostics: which features are used, crash reports, and device and app version information (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics).
• Notifications: a push notification token for your device, and your notification settings.

We do not collect your precise location, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use it

• To run the app: your account, plans, logs, progress, community features, and notifications.
• To generate AI suggestions you ask for, such as workout and meal plans, food recognition from photos, and assistant replies.
• To process subscriptions and invite codes.
• To keep the community safe: filtering objectionable language, reviewing reports, and enforcing blocks.
• To fix bugs and improve the app.
• To contact you about your account, billing, or important changes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run PR Mode, under contracts that limit how they use your data:

• Supabase: database, sign-in, and app servers.
• Cloudinary: photo storage and delivery.
• OpenAI and Anthropic: AI features (plans, food recognition, assistant). They receive the content needed to answer your request.
• Google Firebase: push notifications, analytics, crash reports, and app configuration.
• Stripe: website payments and sales tax.
• Apple and RevenueCat: Sign in with Apple and in-app subscriptions.

Other members see what you choose to share in communities: your display name, photo, posts, comments, chat messages, and workouts you share. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Your choices

• Edit: you can change your profile and delete your posts and messages in the app.
• Delete your account: in the app, go to Profile, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, logs, likes, and comments from our database. Some shared records, like recipes you published, stay but are no longer linked to you. To have photos you uploaded removed from our photo storage as well, email us and we'll remove them.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time (see Support). Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings.
• Notifications: turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
• Access or correction: email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or billing reasons. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by account, and payment card data never touches our servers.

Health information

PR Mode is a fitness tool, not a medical service. We are not a healthcare provider, and the information you enter is not covered by HIPAA. Please don't enter information you don't want stored with your account.

Children

PR Mode is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, and we extend them to all users:

• Know and access: ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why, and who we share it with, and get a copy.
• Delete: ask us to delete it (or delete your account in the app).
• Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: we don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
• Limit sensitive information: we use sensitive information (such as your fitness profile, body measurements, and sign-in details) only to provide PR Mode to you.
• No discrimination: using these rights won't change the price or quality of the service you get.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (email, name, account ID); commercial information (subscriptions); internet activity (app usage and crash data); photos you upload; and sensitive personal information (the fitness and body details you enter, and your sign-in). We disclose them only to the service providers listed above, for the purposes above.

To use these rights, email support@prmode.app from the address on your account. We'll confirm the request comes from you and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we'll ask them for proof that you gave them permission.

Changes

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email.
